DARING TO BE DIFFERENT

Law firms are dizzyingly undifferentiated.  Why?  It’s a big question and not one that can be easily answered.  Differentiation means doing different things, or doing the same things differently.  Presented by Gwen Pengelly, Directory of Marketing & Client Development with Harper Grey, this month’s meeting will focus on why differentiation is important, why it is so difficult to attain by law firms, how to build a strategy to identify your points of differentiation versus points of parity, and more.
