Facilities Subsection – Office Space Design: How To’s
March 21, 2018 @ 12:00 am
It seems like every day a Facilities Manager is asked “I’m not all that happy with my set up. Have any recommendations on how we can spruce it up?” Sally Mills of Kasian Architecture Interior Design and Planning joins us to deliver a presentation on small changes that can be done in the now to make your office space more efficient, functional, and comfortable. In addition, Sally will speak to the changing workplace, with a focus on workplace wellness, and how we can navigate through those changes as people and space evolve.
Sally brings over 30 years of extensive design experience in the Vancouver market. She has acted in a business development capacity and led design teams. Her clients have included BC Hydro, British Columbia Lottery Corporation, Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, College of Physicians and Surgeons, Microsoft and Morneau Shepell. Sally is Vice President of Interior Designers of Canada; Professional Member of the Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia; and serves on the Advisory Board for the Interior Design Program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
