Please join us for our November 13th session where we will be joined by Dimitra Tsourpis and Roey Nevile of Aon Health Solutions, for a discussion: “Benefits Trends – one size doesn’t fit all. Key Considerations for the Legal Sector” Many legal firms are considering their strategies for benefits plan management in 2019 and beyond. Faced with competing for talent from industries outside of legal, the challenge of balancing member needs and wants with changing workplaces and escalating plan costs, legal employers should prepare for a number of issues in the near future.

  • Creative design solutions in response to competitive pressures for talent
  • Best practices and trends in employee benefits design and management including an overview of the emerging virtual health solutions

Dimitra is an AVP in the Health Solutions practice of Aon. She has over 20 years of experience in the human resources consulting business, with experience in both group benefits and pension consulting. She specializes in client relationship management, strategic health and wellness, and program governance, for national and international clients. In recent years she’s focused on helping plan sponsors modernize programs so that they continue to support overall talent and business goals. Dimitra started her career as an actuarial analyst after graduating from the University of Calgary with a degree in Actuarial Science. Dimitra also holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Manitoba.

Roey is an AVP in the Health Solutions practice of Aon. She has over 14 years of experience in Total Rewards and specializes in employee benefits. Roey works with clients of all sizes and industries with commitment and an innovative approach. Roey started her career in Human Resources after graduating from BCIT with a Post Diploma in Human Resource Management. Roey also holds a degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia and holds both the Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist Designation (CEBS).
